The technical data of T406 is as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION
The product is a white to light yellow powder, prepared from o-phenylenediamine, sodium nitrite and acetic acid. It provides the lubricant with fine oil solubility, antiwear, anti-corrosion and antirust performance. It is more effective on the antirust of non-ferrous metal, displays synergistic effect if used together with sulfur extreme pressure agent, and it is fine multi-effect additive for lubricating oils.

2. APPLICATIONS
It is used primarily in gear oil, antiwear hydraulic oil, oil film bearing oil, and grease. It can also be used in antirust grease, acting as antirust agent and gas phase corrosion inhibitor.
The dosage is 0.03%~0.30%.

4. PACKING AND STORAGE
The packing, marking, transportation, storage and delivery acceptance should meet the requirements of SH/T0164. It is packed in 200 litre metal drum. Store in dry, clean and ventilating warehouses.
